I bought my first car with Andy and Mark back when they had their smaller showroom off Norham Road in North Shields. Since then, I’ve had several services and small repairs done to my car and have always been happy with the quality of work. Their openness and honesty has meant I’ve been confident recommending them to friends and family who would give the same high praise. This week I traded in my old car and bought my new car through them; they have been so helpful and quick to respond. It’s great to see small local businesses doing so well, thanks guys!

Bought a car of Andy yesterday..genuine friendly guy and very easy to deal with..car is very clean and seems to be in great condition as were all the cars in the unit..can tell they try and go for quality instead of quantity..couple of very very minor issues (me just being picky) text him and he text back within minutes and was happy to sort it out..gives me confidence knowing he’s there to help straight away even after the full sale of the car..would recommend to anyone looking for a car that you can buy with confidence from them..cheers mate wish your business more success :)

After seeing a car on the AM Performance Website, I made an enquiry and Andy was quick to pick up on this. He was extremely polite, honest and knowledgeable. I was unable to organise a test drive as I lived over 250 miles away. However, Andy ensured that I could place a holding deposit and that I would not be disappointed with the car. I made my way to pick up the car a few days later and it was exactly as it was advertised. Although 13 years old, the car was in excellent condition and was as clean inside and outside as if it was a brand-new car! Drove back to my residence later that day and contacted by Andy to make sure I arrived home safe and sound. Will buy from them again and would highly recommend.

Where to start .. from the get go , Andy was open honest what you see is what you get , no details left out. Customer service was unreal. After a long drive and a good talk we sealed the deal on a stunning upgrade! I’d 100% go back again and will strongly recommend to anyone looking! Top bloke
